4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in FCFA and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Service Fees

We charge a service fee on each transaction. The current fee structure is:

• Buyer fee: 0% (no additional charges for buyers)
• Seller fee: 10% of the product price

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Marketplace, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Marketplace, is the property of ProSika or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.

Digital products sold on the Marketplace are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the product according to its specific license terms, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Marketplace in any medium

• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of the Marketplace

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ProSika, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Marketplace
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Marketplace
3. Any content obtained from the Marketplace
4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
